At this time, beads are moved along the side face shape of the spacer 5 from a place where the peripheral velocity is slow to a place where the peripheral velocity is fast. Then, the circulation flow of the beads is formed inside the vessel 2, the share force is increased to enable to highly disperse the fine particulate powder with high efficiency.
