PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by simplifying the structure of a solvent cooler for controlling the temperature of the solvent. SOLUTION: The solvent cooler 28 having a pipe for allowing solvent to flow is provided between a drying heater 11 for heating air to be fed to an outer tank 1 during the drying step and a drying cooler 15 for condensing solvent gas. The solvent stored in a solvent tank 20 is sucked by a pump 21 in the drying step, and returned to the solvent tank 20 via a filter 23, a solvent heater 24 and the solvent cooler 28. Since air cooled by the drying cooler 15 strikes the solvent cooler 28 to cool the solvent, the solvent temperature can be controlled to be in the vicinity of a predetermined value (about 25 deg.C) by controlling a second steam valve VS2 while monitoring the solvent temperature by a solvent temperature sensor 25.
