PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve extreme complication of work to fix a workpiece to be fixed on a machine tool table with its warping as it is which has a large number of working processes. SOLUTION: An inclined block is constituted of three members of an upper member 10, an intermediate member 11 and a lower member 12, a lower surface 100 of the upper member 10 and an upper surface 120 of the lower member 12 are formed in concave spherical surfaces, an upper surface 110 of the intermediate member 11 and a lower surface 111 are formed as in a spherical surface of the same curvature as the concave spherical surface of the lower surface 100 of the upper member 10 and the upper surface 120 of the lower member 12 respectively and they are free to closely slide on each other. The inclined block 1a has a through hole 13 to pass the upper member 10, the intermediate member 11 and the lower member 12 and a tensile spring 14 provided in the through hole 13 to pull the upper and lower members to each other.
