PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a cabin by drastically reducing the fitting works. SOLUTION: A cooler duct 17 extending in the front/rear direction is fitted in a cabin of a bus 10, which has a luggage rack 12 erected in the lower part of a plurality of stays 11 suspended to the side portion of a ceiling 10b in the front/rear direction at prescribed intervals apart from each other, by fitting to the outside portions of the both of the luggage rack 12 and the stays 11. The luggage rack 12 is an aluminum extrusion product and the duct 17 is a resin extrusion product. The bottom surface of the duct 17 is constituted to be flush with the bottom surface of the luggage rack 12 and the both bottom faces of the luggage rack 12 and the duct 17 are covered with a single surface 26. The outside edge of the surface 26 having its inside edge locked to the inside portion of the luggage rack 12 is locked to the outside portion of the duct 17 so that the both bottom surfaces of the luggage rack 12 and the duct 17 are covered with the surface 26.
