PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel board mounting structure for an industrial vehicle, capable of reducing the size of a panel board and improving the assembling property of the panel board. SOLUTION: A wire connection 35 is provided at the reverse side of a board 30 stored in the panel board 20 and provided with various instruments for wiring the various instruments to components (for example, an engine speed sensor and a remainder sensor for a fuel tank 21) of the industrial vehicle. The wire connection 35 has a socket 38, to which a connection 37 of a wire 36 is connected, provided at the reverse side of the board 30 so as to be directed to a driver's seat 15, namely, so that the wire connection 35 faces the driver's seat 15.
