SOLUTION: A panel member 9 is provided on an upper surface of a rear part car body floor panel 8, left and right row side longitudinal slide rail parts 11, 11 arranged along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, front and rear side left and right slide rail parts 12, 12 arranged along the car width direction, a connecting part 13 provided at a crossing position of the left and right row side longitudinal slide rail parts 11, 11 and the front and rear side left and right slide rail parts 12, 12 and a seat main body 20 having leg parts 21... movable along the front and rear, left and right slide rail parts 11, 12 are provided, and the front and rear, left and right slide rail parts 11, 12 are connected to each other so that the leg parts 21 can move in the longitudinal and left and right directions on the connecting part 13.
