<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a club head in which a pattern, trademark and weight portions in the rear of the club head do not easily fall due to a striking force. SOLUTION: When forming a rough embryo of a head, a storing groove for fitting a face is formed in the lower end surface of the leading edge of the club head, a recess made by recessing a necessary pattern and trademark, rotating them laterally the other way round, is provided in the upper end of the inside thereof, and a metal material different from the club head rough embryo and having a lower melting point than the club head rough embryo, a copper powder for example, is sprayed, the sprayed metal material and the club head are treated at high temperature, the contact surface of the club head and the contact surface of a metal material melted in the recess and the storing groove are strongly bound and after that, the rear of the recess is burnished to make the pattern and trademark of the metal material different from the club head rough embryo appear, and the face is placed over and fixed.</p> |
