<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and economically recycling a glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin in which deterioration of mechanical characteristics accompanying breakage of glass fiber is suppressed to the atmost and a recycled material is compounded at high concentration with a non-recycled material to improve recycling rate and recycling can be efficiently and economically recycled in a method for so-called material recycling in which the glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin is remelted, kneaded and reused. SOLUTION: In a method for remelting, kneading and regenerating the glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, a method for recycling the glass fiber- reinforced thermoplastic resin is characterized by making amounts of compounding the glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin for recycling (A), a non-recycled thermoplastic resin (B) and a non-recycled glass fiber (C) respectively to a, b and c pts.wt. and satisfying a+b+c=100, a>0, b>0, c>=0 and a/(b+c)<0.8 and feeding the glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin for recycling (A) to a process wherein the non-recycled thermoplastic resin (B) is under melted condition.</p> |
