<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent continuous generation of spark discharge or short-circuit state even when high voltage is charged at a discharge electrode while continuously or intermittently spraying large quantity of water inside a wet type electric dust collector for treating exhaust gas containing dust of high concentration or dust of high adhesiveness. SOLUTION: A middle step washing spray nozzle is newly provided, respective positions of spray nozzle for washing, an upper framework for discharge electrode, a dust collecting pole and a lower framework for discharge pole are specified and further an effective draining part is provided at a lower part of the dust collecting pole. Thereby dust collecting efficiency and continuous stable operation can be maintained by continuously charging high voltage while continuously or intermittently spraying large quantity of water inside the wet type electric dust collector.</p> |
