PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost on-vehicle engine suspension device of a changeover and liquid sealed mount type capable of preventing the inferior operation. SOLUTION: An ECU(electronic control unit) 20 allows a VSV(vacuum switch valve) 15 to execute purge lock controlling a duty for every start of an engine E. When a shift lever is disposed in a neutral range(N range) and the engine rotation speed is less than a prescribed value A, the duty is controlled at a prescribed operation frequency S for T seconds. The prescribed operation frequency S is so set that a frequency of a power generated in controlling the duty under the prescribed operation frequency S does not approach to a resonance frequency of an engine suspension system, which is determined by a power plant and a mount 13, and at the same time largely separated from the vibration frequency of the engine rotating at the speed less than the prescribed A.
