PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming lens surfaces of a plurality of lens blanks in one operation by crossing the lens surfaces of respective lens blanks in a luster method complying with a lens recipe. SOLUTION: A device 10 for simultaneously machining the plurality of lens blanks 12 for providing the lens surfaces of the respective lens blanks corresponding to a selected lens recipe includes a tool support assembly 16 and a lens blank assembly 18. The tool support assembly 16 supports at least one tool movably. The lens blank assembly 18 includes a plurality of lens blank holders 36 for supporting the plurality of lens blanks. For machining the surface of each lens blank in the luster method to manufacture a lens complying with the individual lens recipe, the tool support assembly and the lens blank assembly are relatively moved so that the tool alternately engages with each of the plurality of lens blanks.
