PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mineral water producing apparatus in which the inside of an electrolytic bath can be sterilized sufficiently and which does not require the frequent supplementation of a mineral-eluting material. SOLUTION: An electrode part 9 for generating available chlorine is installed in an electrolytic bath 1 to generate available chlorine in the electrolytic bath 1, thereby sterilizing the electrolytic bath 1 ant its down stream side to be advantageous to sanitation. A container 10 for storing a mineral-eluting material 6 therein and a supplement tank 11 for supplementing the mineral-eluting material 6 to the container 10 are installed to semi-automatically supplement the mineral-eluting material 6 to the container 10, thereby the frequency of mineral- eluting material supplementing work performed periodically can be reduced remarkably.
