PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coil spring for urging a clutch pulley to connect/ disconnect a drive shaft to/from an outer shaft from being deformed by the external force, detached from an inner ring of a lower bearing, and brought into contact with a seal part. SOLUTION: The coil spring 44 which is compressed and inserted between the clutch pulley 43 and the lower bearing 36 is of an asymmetric drawing shape in which the inside diameter thereof is slightly larger than the outside diameter of an inner cylindrical part 432 on the side of the clutch pulley 43, and the inside diameter thereof is slightly larger than the outside diameter of a lower case 32b of a gear case 32 which is the outer shaft. Even when the external force is applied to the coil spring 44, an upper end face is not detached from an inner ring 362 of the lower bearing 36. When the clutch pulley 43 is elevated approachingly toward the lower bearing 36 to the maximum for disconnection, the inner cylindrical part 432 is positioned inside the coil spring 44, without any interference or any troubles in operation.
