PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sewing such as embroidery to a work having a spherical shape. SOLUTION: This sewing machine comprises a hook case 22 disposed below a sewing machine head, having a needle hole 26 in an upper surface and a hook inside thereof, a first support body 30 rotationally controlled around one axis out of two axes orthogonal to each other on the perpendicular passing the needle hole 26 of the hook case 22, and a second support body 40 rotationally controlled around the other axis with respect to the first support body 30, allowing setting of the work 50 to be sewn having a spherical shape.
