PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine absorption pad for surely preventing an intermediate part abutted to the crotch part of a wearing person from being position- shifted inside pants and facilitating disposal. SOLUTION: This disposable urine absorption pad 20 is put on inside the pants 2 and is provided with a front surface part 4a to be abutted to the abdominal part of the wearing person, a back surface part 4b to be abutted to the back part and the intermediate part 4c to be abutted to the crotch part. On the back surface 10 of the intermediate part 4c of the urine absorption pad, a rubber body is adhered and fixed. The rubber body is constituted of an annular rubber band 22 whose diameter is about 4 cm having a square cross section for which the length of one side is about 1 mm. The two parts of the position 22a near the side of the front surface part 4b and the position 22b near the side of the back surface part 4b of the rubber band 22 are adhered and fixed to the back surface 10 of the intermediate part 4c.
