PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating structure capable of keeping a deck part generally horizontal. SOLUTION: In the floating structure forming buoyancy rooms for containing air at the lower part of the deck part 11, bulkheads 13 are provided in a grid at the lower part of the deck part 11 to form multiple buoyancy rooms; multiple buoyancy adjustment rooms 20 are formed by opening the bottom part of optional buoyancy rooms; and the buoyancy adjustment rooms 20 are connected via an air moving passage 22.
