PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sheet assembling type paper holder at a low cost, into which a paper sheet is easily inserted at its pinching and, at the same time, which has a certain holding force, by a method wherein the paper holder used on a wall surface or the like consists of a sheet. SOLUTION: By folding the sheet made of PP or the like, a structure for pinching the paper sheet is provided. The resultant structure is fixed to the wall surface by means of a self-adhering tape or the like. A force necessary for pinching the paper sheet is obtained by pressing a this side pleat against a back side pleat. By bringing a sheet end part to a paper pinching portion, a stable holding is realized. Further, by foldingly piling these side right and left pleats, the rigidity of the structure is heightened and a more stable force is obtained.
