PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for smoothly lying with spectacles on one's side, lying on one's back, lying on one's side and lying down on one's face by a single pillow and preventing a snore, earache, a neck wrick in one's sleep, shoulder stiffness and stiff and painful shoulder surely caused when lying on one's side by a conventional pillow. SOLUTION: A string 3 being a fastening looseness adjusting body is inserted into a body of the pillow, and both this string 3 and a string 3' for adjusting opening fitted to noses and ears are used as a means for the many purposes at once by variously changing and using a pillow shape by simple operation.
