PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved technology capable of securing tight adhesiveness of a tube while reducing a flatness rate of the tube and not lowering a performance of the heat tube thereby. SOLUTION: A fixed plate, in which an insert hole 100 for tube inserting is pierced in its main body 10 and protruded parts 101 are formed to the places corresponding to a position of the insert holes 100 among an upper face and/or a lower face of the main body 10, is used, an oval cross section tube 20 is inserted into the insert hole 100 of the fixed plate from the vertical direction at the state that its major axis side is erected in the vertical direction, successively, the protrusion parts 101 of the fixed plate are pressed from the vertical direction, the tube 20 is brought into pressed contact in the insert hole.
