PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-house embedded post having a simple structure and capable of preventing a flow of air from the inside and outside of a house. SOLUTION: In this in-house embedded post for embedding a housing part 20 for housing mail in a wall part 40, the post has an input part 10 opening in an outside surface of the housing part 20 existing on the outdoor side of the wall part 40 and inputting the mail in the housing part 20 and a taking-out door 32 arranged on an inside surface of the housing part 20 existing on the indoor side of the wall part 40 and opening and closing an opening part 30 for taking out the mail in the housing part 20, and is characterized in that at least the taking-out door 32 is formed as a heat insulating structure, and a seal member 52 is arranged on an abutting surface of the taking-out door 32 and the housing part 20.
