PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle with decoration plate, whose decoration part can be easily replaced not only in newly manufacturing but also in an existing one and can be order-made at low cost or easily made by him-/her-self. SOLUTION: A decoration plate 20 is put on the surface 111 of a frame plate 11. A screw hole 110 is bored from the backside 112 of the frame plate 11 to the inside of the decoration plate 20. Synthetic resin liquid is filled into the screw hole 110 to combine the frame plate 11 with the decoration plate 20 by a coagulation substance 30 of the synthetic resin liquid.
