摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a gene mutation in a high specificity at a low cost and a method capable of simply detecting a gene mutation in a homogeneous assay system. SOLUTION: A signal-generating labeled substance and a pair of labeled substances arranged so as to effectively attenuate the generation of the signal are bonded to 3' end part and 5' end part of a capture probe. The resultant substance is hybridized with a target nucleic acid. When a sequence not complementary to the 5' end part of the nucleic acid sequence of the target nucleic acid is recognized, the noncomplementary sequence part is treated with an exonuclease having a function of specifically cleaving the noncomplementary sequence part. Consequently, a nucleotide combined with the signal generating labeled substance is liberated from the capture problem and the signal is obtained to detect gene mutation. |
