PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a user between the inside and outside of an automobile compartment without the need of the time and labor of troublesome operations while keeping him/her seated in a wheelchair seat. SOLUTION: The wheelchair seat 70 is connected to the seat holder not shown in the figure of a motor-driven lift-up mechanism part composed of a 4-link mechanism installed to a vehicle and is moved to the inside of the automobile compartment. A lock mechanism for keeping the rear wheel 90 of the wheelchair seat in an extended state on the outside of the automobile compartment is unlocked by the turning of a lock release lever 100 connected by a cable 101 at the time of connecting the seat holder to the connection pin 78 of the wheelchair seat. The rear wheel 90 of the wheelchair seat is abutted to the automobile body sill of a get-on/get-off port in the middle of the movement and folded. A front wheel 80 is connected with the rear wheel 90 by the cable 103 and unlocked and folded linked with the folding of the rear wheel. Thus, no operations are required for unlocking and folding the wheels.
