Procedure of holding tenders includes keeping of information on merchandise and services in storage that is part of central device, formation of tenders for acquisition and marketing of goods and/or services with the aid of special tender former that is part of remote device. Formation of tenders includes formation of tenders containing counter proposals with reference to parent tender kept in storage, visualization of tenders in remote device, interaction between seller and buyer over communication channels which connect central device and remote devices. In storage meant to store information on tenders there is allocated storage unit into which all data characterizing lack or availability of dependable tenders formed with reference to parent tender are entered. Parent tender with reference to which there were put forward proposals is visualized and information on receipt or lack of dependable tenders with regard to parent tender is checked. If such tenders were received then information on availability or lack of dependable tenders is visualized simultaneously with parent tender. In case of positive result dependable tenders are visualized at user's request.
