PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic value using system capable of minimizing the additional installation of an electronic value-adaptive apparatus and allowing a user to easily use various electronic values in more places. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a management server connected to a portable terminal of a user and to a shop terminal arranged in each shop respectively via a communication network and provided with a value database recording electronic value data. The management server extracts desired electronic value data from the value database on demand from the portable terminal so as to transmit them to the portable terminal. When the shop terminal receives the electronic value data from the portable terminal via a local data communication, the management server performs verification to a verification demand from the shop terminal related to the received electronic value data so as to make predetermined service processing corresponding to the electronic value data performed. |
