PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a product configuration for each of parts comprising a product for each product from the production of the product to the disposal. SOLUTION: A product maker side device 15, parts maker side devices 16 and 17 and a client side device 11 possessing the product are connected by a communication line. The product maker side device is provided with the configuration information of each of parts comprising the product, information on the product and a function for providing services for each production number of that product. Besides, the parts maker side device is provided with the configuration information of low-order parts comprising each of parts, information on these parts and a function for providing services for each production lot or production number for each class of parts. When the configuration of the product is changed, the configuration information of the product and the parts is reflected with that configuration change. |
