PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone device equipped with an earphone which can easily hear the voice of a partner even when a noise in the circumference is high. SOLUTION: A movable earphone part 5 which is inserted into the ear hole of a user is provided at the enclosure of the portable telephone 1. The earphone part 5 is constituted so as to protrude to the front of the enclosure when used. Thereby, the earphone part 5 is fitted to the ear hole of the user. By restraining the noise in the circumference from creeping, the voice of the partner can be heard clearly. The earphone part 5 is inserted into the enclosure when not used, and the portable telephone device is conveniently carried.
