PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine that can easily select attached information to be transmitted to the other party, so as to enhance the convenience. SOLUTION: A display device 211 displays the facsimile number of the name of the other party, that is content of a 1st table stored in a storage device 27. A user uses a dial key 212 and an operation key 213 to select the other party, to which a facsimile document is desirably sent. When the user selects the other party, the display device 211 displays functions or attached information, corresponding to the selected party among contents of a 2nd table stored in the storage device 27. When the user selects a function that the user desires to use or attached information that the user desires to use, a controller 24 transmits the attached information to the selected party.
