PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid high polymer electrolyte type fuel cell which can be manufactured cheaply and easily, which excels in power generation efficiency. SOLUTION: A conductive separator 3 is arranged, which has a flow way 2 constituted with two or more grooves, which is contacted with a surface outside a porosity electrode layer 1b to make gas flow, on both sides of a thin film electrode zygote 1 which is arranged with the porosity electrode layer 1b on both sides of a high polymer ion exchanging thin film 1a. The separator 3 is constructed with a flow way plate 3a which constitutes the flow way 2, and a substrate 3b which covers the flow way plate 3a. Moreover, inserting the flow way plate 3a into a dent part 8 prepared in the substrate 3b constitutes the separator 3. A fluid supply way 6 and a fluid discharge way 7 are communicated with each other at the ends of the flow way 2 constituted with the flow way plate 3a. The fluid supply way 6 is joined with a gas supply opening 4, and the fluid discharge way 7 is communicated with a gas discharge way 5. |
