摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing compression terminal types for an aluminum electric wire using a friction welding is provided to apply an aluminum material to a compression terminal to connect the terminal with the aluminum electric wire, and to have equal materials in each connector while connecting a copper plate with a copper power connector, so as to reduce power failure rates caused by electrolytic corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A copper material(3) is attached to one rotative axis(1). An aluminum pipe material(4) is attached to a fixing axis(2) of the other side. The two attached materials(3, 4) are contacted with a friction welding surface(6) by a constant pressure(5). A frictional heat is generated on the friction welding surface(6) to make the surface(6) soft. By firmly compressing with an additional pressure(7) as stopping rotation of the rotative axis(1) suddenly, a strong atom coupling is implemented on the frictional surface.
