PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement method for mobile and system therefore capable of most suitably arranging each mobile in a problem position and efficiently arranging each mobile in a short time. SOLUTION: A skill server 3, a map server 4, a delivery server 5, and a control terminal 6 are set on a management center 2 as a base station. The management center 2 is connected to a moving vehicle A7 that is a mobile through a network 1. This connection is performed by radio. The moving vehicle A7 is equipped with a car navigator 9 so that the own position can be grasped. This positional information is transmitted to the management center 2 with the own present information by radio connection, and the moving instruction to the moving vehicle is performed according to the contents.
