PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deflecting electric power without changing basic setting items such as the cross-section area of a cone part contributing to deflection, the center position of the deflection and the like, in a deflection yoke using a bend-up-less type saddle-shaped coil in either one of a horizontal deflection yoke or a vertical deflection yoke. SOLUTION: A horizontal coil part 11a has a bend-up-less type saddle shape, and is formed by a pair of cone parts 32, a screen side bend part 31 binding the pair of cone parts 32 on the screen side, and an electron gun side bend part 33 binding the pair of the cone parts on the electron gun side. In the horizontal coil parts 11a, 11b, a projecting part 34 protruding to the electron gun side is formed on the electron gun side bend part 33.
