PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out arrangement of a product and collection of a payment without any visit of a salesman. SOLUTION: A home terminal 100, a sales maker order receiving terminal 120, a delivery center terminal 130, and a sales maker payment collecting terminal 140 are connected to each other mutually communicatably via a network 100. When a customer access list information on products supplied by the sales maker order receiving terminal 120 on the network 100 by means of the home terminal 100 to designate a desired product and a payment method for it, the sales maker order receiving terminal 120 directs the delivery center terminal 130 to deliver the product designated by the customer. When the customer inputs information on a used product by means of the home terminal 110, the sales maker payment collecting terminal 140 processes electronic settlement of a payment for the used product according to the designated payment method. |
