PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter having sufficient amplitude converting capabilities even when the voltage amplitude of an input signal is small corresponding to the low driving voltage integration of a driving circuit. SOLUTION: A level shifter using a current mirror 150 and a differential circuit 160 is used for the converting part of the voltage amplitude of a signal. The potential difference of signals inputted through transistors 105 and 106 to a differential circuit 160 is amplitude and outputted so that even when the voltage amplitude of an input signal is small, normal voltage amplitude conversion can be performed without being affected by the influence of the threshold of the transistor.
