PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate deficiency management function in a workflow system. SOLUTION: A job flow system 20 composed of the workflow system has a business process function. Case specific information is made to flow to a job process instead of the demand case information of a processing object. The demand case information is stored in a job support database 24 provided outside of the system 20. When deficiency in the demand case information is found out in the halfway processing of the job process function, the deficiency is notified to a base, and demand case information subjected to deficiency solution, sent from the base is stored in the database 24 located outside the workflow system. The information subjected to deficiency solution can be used instead of the original demand case information, and deficiency case processing can be resumed halfway.
