SOLUTION: A document retrieving computer 4 relates documents that are managed by a document managing computer 1, and a knowledge managing computer 5 manages their association (link). The display of the links is controlled according to various conditions. Therefore, the link setter or retriever can control the display of the links, so that related documents can easily be retrieved.
