PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation unit array having a water proofing property. SOLUTION: This photovoltaic power generation unit 11 array is provided with a plurality of photovoltaic power generation units 15 each having a plurality of light-transmissive substrates 21 carrying solar batteries on their rear surfaces. Each unit 15 is provided with waterproofing rear-surface covers 23 which respectively seal the solar batteries from the rear surface sides of the substrates 21. Each cover 23 has a larger size than the substrate 21 has and protruding sections 23a which are protruded from the periphery of the substrate 21. The protruding sections 23a of adjacent units 15 are joined to each other so that one waterproofing sheet 23A may be formed of the rear-surface covers 23 of the continuous units 15. The sheet 23a waterproofs the array 11.
