PURPOSE: An advertisement system and a method through the Internet radio broadcast are provided to enable an audience to listen various broadcasting according to the personal favorite and to selectively transmit an advertisement during the radio broadcasting through a personal broadcasting program. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a mixer(12,12a) mixing the voice and music inputted by respective Internet radio broadcasting station(10,10a) under automatic control of the voice and music volume, a plurality of encoder(14,14a) converting the mixed signal into a digital signal, a media server(20) buffering and transferring the encoded signal inputted in real time, an advertisement database(40) storing the contents of various advertisements, and an integrated web server(30) transmitting the radio broadcasting selected by an audience and the moving image and voice advertisement read from the advertisement database to the audience computers(50,50a) in case of selecting a broadcasting station.
