<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency induction heating coil device capable of suppressing a thermal effect on a face requiring no quenching and easily obtaining a quenched state of the prescribed strength on a quenched face. SOLUTION: This coil device is provided with a work support base supporting a tubular work, a heating coil having a coil section facing one of the inner and outer faces of the tubular work supported on the work support base at the prescribed interval, and a cooling water storage case arranged on the face side of the tubular work opposite to the face where the coil section of the heating coil is arranged. Cooling water is stored in the cooling water storage case to cool one of the inner and outer faces of the tubular work, and the other face is induction-heated by the heating coil. The cooling water storage case is provided with a flow adjusting means capable of adjusting the flow of the cooling water at its bottom section, and the cooling water is injected from the coil section of the heating coil to cool the induction-heated face of the tubular work.</p> |
