PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voluntary car insurance system in which an insurance user can receive an insurance service at a low cost. SOLUTION: An insurance fee corresponding to driver conditions of respective members of a user group for utilizing one vehicle on condition that a plurality of persons uses the same vehicle. A driver characteristic extracting device 100 mounted on the vehicle recognizes a driver and monitors how the vehicle is used, whether the vehicle use condition of each member of the contracted user group fits in well with the actual vehicle use situation by each member is confirmed, and when the vehicle use condition does not fit, insurance contract contents are changed. |
