PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable re-experience with presence by storing an audiovisual signal and a biological signal as experience information. SOLUTION: A signal acquiring and encoding part 2 gathers audiovisual information and biological information on a user from multiple sensors put on the user, and integrates, encodes, and stores those signals. A storage part 3 selects effective information from the integrated signal according to overall decision and stores the effective information. The storage part 3 is connected to a rental integrated database 6. The database 6 includes data by individuals assigned to respective users. A user stores a ciphered integrated signal in a database assigned thereto. The database 6 is connected to a public database 7 and automatically linked with related information. The database 6 and an integrated signal presenting device 8 are connected and the user can have experience again through the integrated signal presenting device 8.
