PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic signature server, an electronic signature management method and its recording medium in which an electronic signature is provided by accessing the server. SOLUTION: A registration processing section 105 beforehand urges a user to register a secret key. A secret key DB/102a stores a registered secret key while relating the key to a user ID of the user by the section 105. An upload processing section 106 urges the user to upload a data file to which an electronic signature is to be given. An electronic signature processing section 107 receives a request for an electronic signature from the user, executes an electronic signature to the data file specified by the user by the secret key corresponding to the user ID of the user and generates an electronic signature file. An electronic signature file DB/102c stores the file.
