PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner device, in which an outstanding characteristic of low NOx is kept with a simple construction, and still parts count and manufacturing cost are reduced. SOLUTION: An inside air flow-path 7 is divided by a flow divider 17. An inner vane 18 and an outer vane 9 are provided respectively to an inlet of the inside path 7 and the inlet of the outside path 7. The vanes 18 and 9 are annularly provided rotatably out of phase by means of a common rotation shaft 10, so as to perform opening and closing operations oppositely to each other.
