PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance component where an elastic surface wave filter is integrated with an antenna sharing device used for a mobile communication device such as a portable telephone while a parasitic inductance component with the elastic surface wave filter mounted is reduced, so as to improve characteristics of a lower side damping amount of the elastic surface wave filter. SOLUTION: A high-frequency composite switch module handles the signal of a plurality of transmission/reception systems with different passbands. A wave branching/synthesizing circuit, a switch circuit, and a low-pass filter are main components, which are formed in a laminated body comprising an electrode pattern and a dielectrics layer. On the laminated body, elastic surface wave filters corresponding to a plurality of passbands and a diode constituting a part of the switch circuit are provided.
