An angle measuring circuit (202) measures the phase component of a pilot signal subjected to common-mode addition. A phase calculating circuit (203) performs phase calculation by using the phase component and the weight coefficient of a pilot block to determine the phase component of a channel inference value. An absolute value calculating circuit (204) measures the amplitude component of the pilot signal. An amplitude calculating circuit (206) adds the amplitude component multiplied by the weight coefficient to determine the amplitude component of the channel inference value. A vector converting circuit (207) converts the phase and amplitude components to a vector to determine the channel inference value.
