<p>A method of manufacturing sugar from food waste capable of providing first liquid containing saccharides, comprising a first acting process for acting acid and/or saccharogenic amylase on the food waste, a first solid-liquid separating process for providing raw sugar liquid and first residue by separating the liquid provided by the first acting process into solid and liquid, and a sugar separating process for separating sugar from the raw sugar liquid, whereby the food waste or garbage can be converted into resources by recycling, high demand and high cost of the substances thus obtained can be provided, high recycle cost effectiveness can be provided, and the volume of the waste can be reduced.</p> |
