<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate diassembling and servicing by screwing down on a back plate of the main body a pressed plate of a device which has a towel erecting plate at the tip part thereof to wind and take out a towel placed on a belt using the pressed plate with a hook-shaped cross section where a press sponge is bonded on an internal surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A towel erecting plate 5 is formed at the tip and a pressed plate 6 with a hook-shaped cross section where a press sponge is bonded on an internal surface is placed on a guide rail 7 at the bottom of the main body 1. A towel 12 is placed on a guide plate 11 and transferred onto an endless belt 10 being conveyed with rollers 9. The tip of the towel 12 is caught with the towel erecting plate 5, turned to wind cylindrically and discharged with a belt 10 as indicated by the arrow A. A screw 3 on a back plate 2 of the main body 1 is loosened to move the main body backward by a distance B and a screw 4 is loosened to remove the pressed plate 6 from the back plate 2. This enables the repairing of clogging with yarn and towels by a non-skilled person.</p> |
