The housing has a lower part and a lid joined in hinged fashion by flexible internal elements outside the sealed internal chamber. The flexible element ends have a greater cross-section than the region between them; at least one end of a flexible element is compressible for temporary reduction of cross-section. Coaxial openings in the lid and lower part allow the passage of the end(s) with cross-section reduced, which then returns to normal size. The housing has a lower part (2) and a lid (3) joined together in hinged fashion by at least two flexible internal elements (19) outside the sealed internal chamber of the housing. The ends (19.2) of the flexible elements have a greater cross-section than the region between them, whereby at least one end of the flexible element is compressible for temporary reduction of its cross-section. Coaxial openings (17,18) in the lid and lower part allow the passage of the end(s) with cross-section reduced, which then returns to normal size after passing through.
