PURPOSE: A brassiere pad is provided to improve the wearing feeling, to satisfy the require of women about well rounded breasts, and to restrict the generation of various skin disease by facilitating the discharge of sweat. CONSTITUTION: The pad(14) of brassieres is provided with plural ventilation holes(15) having various shapes so as to improve the ventilation capability of the brassieres. The ventilation holes are preferably drilled in succession right, but the location and the shape thereof are able to be freely selected so as to achieve desired ventilation capability. The pad is preferably formed by attaching cloth on front and rear surfaces of a compressed sponge and molding them, but the material and the shape of the pad are able to be freely selected.
