PURPOSE: A buffer packing material and a packing method using that material are provided to simplify the work of packing, to reduce the time required to pack a product, and to effectively protect a product from the exterior shock. CONSTITUTION: The buffer packing material(100) consists of a buffer member(10) on the one surface, and a resin film portion(20) on the other surface, and the rim portion between the buffer member and the resin film portion are attached into an envelope manner. The buffer member consists of a double air(11), and the double air comprises plural embossed portions(11a) arranged in a symmetrical pattern, into which air is charged, and a plate packing sheet(11b) is integrally inserted between the embossed portions.
